Refund Policies

Refunds are only possible if the piece arrives to the costumer in a damaged condition, if not the client will be offered a store credit or product exchange.

Take into account that: 

  • The refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned product.
  • The refund will not take place if the product has been broken on purpose to obtain a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if we don't see the occasion and provide a store credit instead.
  • Depending on your bank, the transaction may take longer.


Once the return is approved, you will receive a deposit using the same payment method you used for the purchase, discounting the initial shipping costs. The refund period for the amount is 10 working days from when we receive your return in our boutique.

If your product arrives open or damaged, Anais will take charge and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products if the return is due to our error.

Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty for reasons attributable to the customer will not be refunded.
